The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed the arrest of former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim.
Spokesman of the commission, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the development on Friday, November 17, 2017.
He said that Anyim is being held over an "ongoing investigation".
Uwujaren did not give details.
